Maryland Leadership Team
What sets our Maryland leadership team apart is the rare combination of elite playing experience, proven coaching success, and a shared vision for player development. Megan Whittle and Jessy Morgan have competed and coached at the highest levels of the game, and they bring that standard into everything they do.
They understand what it takes to develop athletes for long-term success. Their approach is intentional, consistent, and player-first, with a focus on building complete athletes who are confident, skilled, and prepared for the next level.
Just as importantly, they are deeply connected to the Maryland lacrosse landscape. They know the players, the competition, and the expectations and they’re committed to raising the bar. Together, they create an environment that is competitive, supportive, and accountable, which is why we believe this is the strongest leadership team in the business in the DMV.
