HAYLEY SABOL
Regional Director, ULTIMATE Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley
Hayley Sabol is the Regional Director of Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley. She enters her third year working at ULTIMATE Lacrosse, and fourth year working in the Go2Sports organization. Hayley joined Go2Sports in May of 2022 after serving as an Assistant Coach in the NCAA. She served 2 years as the Assistant Coach at George Washington University (DI) and 1 season at The College of Saint Rose (DII).
During her time at George Washington, Hayley oversaw the Defense and Draw. In her second season at GW Hayley helped coach the Revolutionaries to their first appearance in the Atlantic-10 Conference tournament for the first time in over a decade. During her time at GW, Hayley obtained her Masters Degree in Sports Management.
Prior to working at GW, Hayley began her Collegiate coaching career at The College of Saint Rose in Albany NY. During her tenure there, she helped start the Division II women's lacrosse program which debuted in the Spring of 2020. Hayley led the Offense and Draw work for the Golden Knights.
Hayley graduated from Saint Josephs University (NCAA Division I) in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Food Marketing. Hayley was a 4 year starter for the Hawks and was named team Captain her senior year. Hayley was named to the 2016 A-10 All-Rookie Team and penned her name in the record book for most games ever played in SJU history (2019).
Hayley is a native of Londonderry, Vermont. She grew up playing soccer, basketball, lacrosse and swam competitively. Hayley graduated from Burr and Burton Academy in 2015 after being named an Under Armour All- American 2 years in a row (2014 - 2015).
Hayley has a passion for growing the game of lacrosse, coming from an area of the country that is not known for the sport.

CHLOE REED
Assistant Director, ULTIMATE NORTH (NJ, PA, CC, LV)
Chloe is an Assistant Director for ULTIMATE and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the program. Before joining the ULTIMATE team, she spent three years coaching at the youth, high school, and club levels, helping players develop their skills and passion for the game.
Chloe played Division I lacrosse at George Mason University for five years, graduating in 2024 with a degree in Kinesiology. During her collegiate career, she was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team in 2021 and served as a two-year captain for the Patriots, leading with dedication, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. She was also recognized for her achievements in the classroom, earning A-10 Honor Roll distinctions.
Before college, Chloe played high school lacrosse at Bishop Ireton in Alexandria, Virginia, where she was part of a dominant program. Her team competed and won the WCAC Conference Championship 3x and VISAA State Championship 2x in her high school career. Chloe was recognized as an All Conference player in each of her seasons and earned All-State honors in her final year with the Cardinals. Her experience competing at a high level has shaped her approach to coaching, emphasizing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Her background as both a player and coach allows her to connect with athletes at all levels, guiding them in their development on and off the field. Chloe is passionate about helping players reach their ULTIMATE potential, focusing on skill development, leadership, and teamwork.
