No Refund and Financial Policies
At ULTIMATE, we are committed to providing a high-quality travel lacrosse experience for all players and families. Our No Refund Policy ensures that we can effectively plan, secure resources, and maintain the integrity of our program. Please review the following policy carefully before committing to participation.
NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
All registration fees, team dues, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to:
- Injury or illness
- Schedule conflicts
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with playing time, coaching, or team placement
- Decision to leave the program for any reason
COMMITMENT AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
- By accepting a roster spot, families commit to the full cost of the season.
- Fees cover expenses such as league and tournament entry fees, facility rentals, coaching salaries, administrative costs, and travel logistics, many of which are paid in advance and are non-refundable to us.
INJURY OR MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS
In the case of a season-ending injury, families will be given a 50% partial credit (not a refund) toward the next closest future season, subject to:
- A written doctor’s note confirming the player cannot participate.
- Review and approval by program leadership.
PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
If unforeseen circumstances (i.e., extreme weather or facility closures) result in program modifications, ULTIMATE will make every effort to reschedule or adjust programming but cannot guarantee refunds or cost reductions to programming.
If a tournament is cancelled, families will not receive a refund as the tournament costs have been paid in full.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By registering for any ULTIMATE team and or program, you acknowledge and agree to the No Refund Policy and understand that all payments are final.
This policy ensures our program can operate efficiently and continue providing a top-tier experience for all players. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to our program!
