HAYLEY SABOL

Regional Director, ULTIMATE Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley 

 

Hayley Sabol is the Regional Director of Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley. She enters her third year working at ULTIMATE Lacrosse, and fourth year working in the Go2Sports organization. Hayley joined Go2Sports in May of 2022 after serving as an Assistant Coach in the NCAA. She served 2 years as the Assistant Coach at George Washington University (DI) and 1 season at The College of Saint Rose (DII). 

 

During her time at George Washington, Hayley oversaw the Defense and Draw. In her second season at GW Hayley helped coach the Revolutionaries to their first appearance in the Atlantic-10 Conference tournament for the first time in over a decade. During her time at GW, Hayley obtained her Masters Degree in Sports Management. 

 

Prior to working at GW, Hayley began her Collegiate coaching career at The College of Saint Rose in Albany NY. During her tenure there, she helped start the Division II women's lacrosse program which debuted in the Spring of 2020. Hayley led the Offense and Draw work for the Golden Knights. 

 

Hayley graduated from Saint Josephs University (NCAA Division I) in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Food Marketing. Hayley was a 4 year starter for the Hawks and was named team Captain her senior year. Hayley was named to the 2016 A-10 All-Rookie Team and penned her name in the record book for most games ever played in SJU history (2019). 

 

Hayley is a native of Londonderry, Vermont. She grew up playing soccer, basketball, lacrosse and swam competitively. Hayley graduated from Burr and Burton Academy in 2015 after being named an Under Armour All- American 2 years in a row (2014 - 2015). 

Hayley has a passion for growing the game of lacrosse, coming from an area of the country that is not known for the sport.

Joslin Hanbury

Assistant Director, ULTIMATE

Joslin is an Assistant Director of ULTIMATE Lacrosse, joining the team in November of 2024. She comes to the program with 5 years of club coaching experience as well as experience in planning and coaching DI camps. As an Assistant Director, Joslin helps plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day needs of the club as well as special projects and media marketing. She also serves as the CLT 2029 team.

Joslin has played at the NCAA DI level at Campbell University, where she earned recognition for academic and athletic successes. She earned CAA Offensive Player of the Week and the 2024 Season Points Leader, tallying over 100 points and 100 goals over her career. She is the current 8-meter goal record holder for the program and is among the top 10 in goals per game, career points, assists per game, shots on goal per game, and shots per game. She graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration Summa cum laude while gaining IWLCA Academic Honor Roll 3 years in a row. 

Joslin is passionate about growing the sport of lacrosse as well as increasing exposure for our athletes. 

Maddie Dachowski

MADDIE DACHOWSKI

 

Director of College Recruiting, ULTIMATE NORTH (NJ, PA, CC, LV)

 

Maddie is the Recruiting Director for ULTIMATE North Regions that include PA, LV, CC, and NJ. Coming up on 2 years in this full time role, she has worked on over 50+ college commitments on the D1, D2, and D3 level. Maddie has 8 years of coaching experience spread across the High School, Club, Recreational, and Division 1 College level. She joined the ULTIMATE team in July 2023. Maddie is an Ultimate lacrosse alumni and played for the program from 2010-2017 and was a part of one of the most successful graduation classes in Ultimate History. She also coached the Ultimate PA 2023 team from 2018-2022 and saw to many successful College Commitments from her team

 

Four Year Varsity starter Pennridge High School in Bucks County PA. In her career, she tallied 288 career points with 144 goals and 144 assists. 3x leader in assists all conference, (2015, 2016, 2017). Named All-League Second team Junior and Senior year, and also served as team captain.  

 

Played lacrosse at La Salle University for five years. Throughout her career, she scored 83 points with 57 goals and 26 assists and served as team Captain in her 5th year campaign. She is also number 1 in the record books for the most games played in La Salle Lacrosse History with 69, starting 43 of them. 

 

In 2022-2023, her first year post grad, she spent a season as a Red Fox at Marist University. As Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator, she coached standout Seniors Kerri Gutenberger and Kelly Trotta in both of their best seasons to date. Both placed at the top of the record books in the MAAC Conference.  Gutenberger who was nominated to first team all MAAC, #23 in the nation for single season goals, and number one in the MAAC for goals per game. Trotta was in the top 10 for all four individual recognized accolades for the MAAC. #2 overall points per game with 67, #4 in goals per game with 45, #7 in assists per game with 22, #7 in shots per game with 102. Under the 2023 seasons staffs leadership, Dachowski included, they resulted in the best record within the past 5 Seasons (2020-2024)

 

Maddie is dedicated to her players and focused on helping them get to the next level, and to the

perfect fit for their college commitments. Maddie is a passionate coach and her strengths in relationship building and in field energy, engagement, and enthusiasm makes her the coach that she is.

Chloe Reed

CHLOE REED

Assistant Director, ULTIMATE NORTH (NJ, PA, CC, LV)

Chloe is an Assistant Director for ULTIMATE and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the program. Before joining the ULTIMATE team, she spent three years coaching at the youth, high school, and club levels, helping players develop their skills and passion for the game.

Chloe played Division I lacrosse at George Mason University for five years, graduating in 2024 with a degree in Kinesiology. During her collegiate career, she was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team in 2021 and served as a two-year captain for the Patriots, leading with dedication, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. She was also recognized for her achievements in the classroom, earning A-10 Honor Roll distinctions.

Before college, Chloe played high school lacrosse at Bishop Ireton in Alexandria, Virginia, where she was part of a dominant program. Her team competed and won the WCAC Conference Championship 3x and VISAA State Championship 2x in her high school career. Chloe was recognized as an All Conference player in each of her seasons and earned All-State honors in her final year with the Cardinals. Her experience competing at a high level has shaped her approach to coaching, emphasizing the importance of discipline, teamwork, and leadership.

Her background as both a player and coach allows her to connect with athletes at all levels, guiding them in their development on and off the field. Chloe is passionate about helping players reach their ULTIMATE potential, focusing on skill development, leadership, and teamwork.

Goalie Training

Our goalies train year round in our program through our partnership with Foundations Goalie Training. Players can train on their own schedule and outside of team practice by signing up through small group goalie training.
