We have pioneered 4SQUARE Training. At 4SQUARE Training, we take your game to the next level with a four-pronged approach to building elite lacrosse players! This dynamic training system hones stick skills, game strategy, speed, and strength; the four key pillars of success on the field. Players transform their game by building all four areas. You become a faster, smarter, stronger, and more skilled player.
These sessions are taught by our Directors and most dynamic coaches. Our Directors can then work with every team and player and the practice plans are synchronized across regions.
