Ultimate lacrosse Maryland

Dear ULTIMATE Families,

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of ULTIMATE Maryland—an exciting expansion that brings our proven training model to one of the most competitive and talent-rich regions in the country.

What makes this launch truly special is the leadership behind it.

ULTIMATE Maryland will be led by Regional Director Megan Whittle and Managing Director Jessy Morgan—forming what we believe is the strongest leadership team in the DMV. Their combined experience, credibility, and passion for developing athletes set the foundation for something truly elite.

Megan and Jessy bring a deep understanding of the game at the highest levels, along with a shared commitment to building a program that prioritizes player development, competitive excellence, and a positive, empowering experience for every athlete.

Together, they are uniquely positioned to develop the next generation of girls lacrosse players—creating an environment where athletes can grow their skills, compete at a high level, and build confidence both on and off the field.

ULTIMATE Maryland will deliver:

  • High-level, consistent training
  • A clear development pathway for players
  • A culture built on accountability, energy, and love for the game

We are incredibly excited about what’s ahead and confident that ULTIMATE Maryland will quickly become a premier destination for girls lacrosse in the DMV.

More details on programming, training opportunities, and upcoming events will be shared soon.

Please join us in welcoming Megan and Jessy and celebrating the launch of ULTIMATE Maryland! If you’re interested in connecting, please use the below channels.

Why Ultimate Maryland

ULTIMATE’s decision to launch in Maryland was both strategic and mission-driven.

Maryland sits at the heart of girls lacrosse. The DMV consistently produces some of the most competitive players, teams, and college-bound athletes in the country. With that level of talent comes a clear need—not just for more opportunities, but for better, more intentional development for players and a better experience for families.

We saw an opportunity to bring something different to the market.

ULTIMATE is built on consistency, structure, and a true commitment to long-term player development. In a landscape that can often feel fragmented or overly focused on short-term outcomes, our goal is to provide a clear, reliable pathway for athletes to improve over time—technically, tactically, and mentally.

Just as important, Maryland allows us to pair that model with elite leadership. With Megan Whittle and Jessy Morgan leading the program, we are able to combine a best-in-class development system with leaders who understand the standard of play in the DMV and what it takes to succeed at the highest levels.

Ultimately, this launch is about impact.

We want to help raise the standard, support athletes in reaching their full potential and accelerate opportunities to play in college. We have two full-time Directors of Recruiting that support our ULTIMATE players and families. We continue to invest in their area with people and process that support.

Maryland isn’t just a new location for ULTIMATE—it’s a place where we believe we can make a meaningful difference in the future of the game.
