A different coaching model. A different athlete experience.

We're proud to offer a coaching model that is truly unique in Maryland club lacrosse… an ALL-FEMALE staff with NO PARENT COACHES, built to provide elite instruction, mentorship, and leadership for every athlete in our program.

We believe athletes deserve an environment where they can learn, compete, and grow with guidance from experienced coaches whose sole focus is their development.

For players, that means receiving instruction from accomplished women who have competed at the highest levels of the game and understand what it takes to succeed on and off the field.

For parents, it means something just as important: You get to be parents! No managing substitutions. No coaching from the sideline. No balancing team decisions with parent responsibilities. Just relax, enjoy the experience, and watch your daughter play the game she loves!

Because developing great lacrosse players is important. Developing confident young women is our mission.
