Nicole May played high school lacrosse at Northern Guilford High School in Greensboro, North Carolina where she helped start the program, was a 4 year starter, and captain. She holds the record for the most career goals along with other All-Conference and All-State titles. She was recruited to play Attack at Queens University of Charlotte in 2011. She played all 4 years and was voted a captain her senior year. Nicole graduated with a degree in New Media Design in May of 2015 and currently works at Rack Room Shoes as a Social Media Manager.

Nicole has been coaching for QCS/Ultimate CLT since 2012. In her spare time, she also officiates Lacrosse and Field Hockey.

Cassy is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She played varsity lacrosse at Sycamore High School, winning the state championship her senior year. She moved on to play for the inaugural, division one lacrosse team at Gardner-Webb University where she also served as a team captain. She played attack freshman year, then began her sophomore year as a first-time goalie after the team’s goalie transferred schools. During her season as goalie, she was second in the nation for saves and third in the nation for saves per game. Cassy finished her last year as an attacker and graduated early with a degree in Business Administration and later completed her MBA.

Cassy currently works for Bank of America as a Stress Testing Analyst, and this will be her first season with Ultimate.

Jillian Mitrecic is originally from Ocean City, Maryland where she played lacrosse for Stephen Decatur High School, graduating in 2017. After graduating, she continued her lacrosse career at Queens University of Charlotte. At Queens, Jillian appeared in 44 games and was a two year starter, earning the title of captain her senior year. She helped lead her team to their 7th consecutive SAC Championship and first ever NCAA National Championship game, the first time in program history.

Jillian graduated from Queens in 2021 with a degree in Multimedia Storytelling and a minor in Graphic Design. Jillian currently works at Pinckney Marketing as an Account Coordinator.

Fall of 2022 is Jillian’s first season coaching with Ultimate CLT.

Sara Mitrecic is originally from Ocean City, Maryland where she played lacrosse for Stephen Decatur High School, graduating in 2017. After graduating, she continued her lacrosse career at Queens University of Charlotte. At Queens, Sara appeared in 40 games, earning the starting position her senior season. She received SAC Defensive Player of the week twice, SAC tournament MVP, and was recognized on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. She also helped lead her team to their 7th consecutive SAC Championship and first ever NCAA National Championship game, the first time in program history. Sara finished her career with a 46.1% save percentage and collected 38 ground balls.

Sara graduated from Queens in 2021 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a minor in Marketing. Sara currently works at Arthur Elliott Marketing Group as an Account Coordinator.

Sara started coaching with Ultimate CTL in the fall of 2021.

Megan played varsity lacrosse in South Florida at Park Vista High School and then took her talents to the club lacrosse team at Florida State University where she received a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Sport Management. Megan became the player-coach and captain her junior and senior year and was named to the 2013 ALL-SWLL Team. She was the Assistant Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Providence Day for 2 years and has been the Head Coach for the JV Girls Lacrosse team at AK since Fall 2019. In addition she also joined SPYA in spring 2017. Megan started coaching with the QCS/Ultimate CLT in the fall of 2017.

She currently teaches Sports Marketing at Ardrey Kell High School and is Level I, II+III certified by USL.

Lauren Ochs joined QCS for the 2020-2021 season as a goalie coach. She is from Rochester, NY and played lacrosse for Irondequoit High School, graduating in 2013. Continuing her lacrosse career at Bentley University (MA), Lauren was the starting goalie her sophomore through senior year. During her tenure as a Falcon, Lauren accumulated awards including but not limited to 2x All-Conference selection, 2x All North Region selection, NE10 Goalie of the Week, NE10 Goalie of the Year, and IWLCA All American selection. Lauren succeeded in tying Bentley’s all-time win-streak record (11 games in a row) and is in the top 5 for Bentley Lacrosse Records in Saves, Save %, Goals Against Average, and Ground Balls.

Lauren graduated from Bentley in 2017 with a degree in Applied Mathematics and double minor in Computer Science and Business. Lauren has worked at Synchrony Bank as a Data Analyst since graduation.

Lauren first started coaching with QCS/Ultimate in the fall of 2020.

Rachel graduated from Queens University of Charlotte in May of 2021. She was one of the teams’ top attacker for the Royals and a Queen City Stars alum! Rachel is from SC where she was named the SC High School League Girls Lacrosse Upstate Player of the Year. Throughout her high school career Rachel earned multiple All-State and All-Region First and Second team honors. Throughout her collegiate career at DII Queens, she has received SAC Player of the Week, Second Team All-Conference, NCAA Championship All-Tournament Team, DII All-American, Conference Tournament Team, All-Region and NCAA Tournament Team awards.
 
Rachel started coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT in the summer of 2018. She currently teaches 5th grade at Nation’s Ford Elementary School.

Nicole is originally from Westford, Massachusetts and began her lacrosse career as a four-year starter and two-time captain for Bishop Guertin High School. Nicole continued her lacrosse career as a midfielder at Davidson College, where she played in all 70 collegiate games and was named captain during her junior and senior years. In addition to finishing her final season ranking 6th in the Davidson records with the most single-season draw controls, Nicole made 2nd team all-conference and was named the team’s MVP her senior year. Nicole graduated from Davidson in 2017 with a BS in Psychology and currently works in digital marketing at Red Ventures in Charlotte, NC. She has been coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT since 2017.
