Sam Carey comes to ultimate Charlotte this season after working at a DIII school. She is a 2020 graduate from Campbell University. While Sam was at Campbell she was a two-time all Big South honoree, multiple preseason honoree, and a four year member of the Presidential Honor Roll. Sam is currently teaching and coaching at Charlotte Catholic High School. While Sam worked at a NCAA Division III school she worked directly with recruiting and development of lacrosse.

Fall 2022 is Samantha’s first season coaching with Ultimate CLT.

Cammy Case is originally from Elliott City, Maryland, where she began playing lacrosse when she was 6 years old. She attended Mount Hebron High School where she received 2 varsity letters for lacrosse. After graduating in 2015, she continued her lacrosse career at Queens University of Charlotte with both academic and athletic scholarships. Cammy played her freshman year at midfield and started every game from her sophomore year to senior year at defense. She was named to the South Atlantic Conference first-team her sophomore through senior year. Cammy’s team made it to NCAAs three out of her four years, including her senior season. During her sophomore year, Cammy was named to the IWLCA All-Region third team. She was also named defensive player of the week. During her junior year, Cammy set single-season records at Queens in both caused turnovers and ground balls. She also led the nation in caused turnovers per game. Cammy was named defensive player of the week 4 times as well as National defensive player of the week once. She earned all-tournament team for her conference championship tournament. She was named to the IWLCA All-Region first team and was also named a first team All-American. She was also named SAC Scholar Athlete of the year. During her senior year, Cammy was named team captain and earned defensive player of the week. Her team made it to the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament. She was named a second team All-American.  Cammy graduated from Queens summa cum laude in 2019 with a major in Marketing and a minor in Sport Management. Cammy began coaching for QCS in the winter of 2018.

Colleen, a New York Native, started her lacrosse career at William Floyd High School (NY) while playing for Team 91 where she received all division honors as a high school senior. She spent her college career at Gardner-Webb University as a four year starter on defense and three year captain for the program, playing in all 76 games in her collegiate career and starting in 75. Colleen is a middle school lacrosse coach at Charlotte Country Day School.

Colleen graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and currently works as a certified trauma and emergency nurse.

Emmy is from St. Augustine, Florida. She began playing lacrosse in the fourth grade. Emmy was a four year varsity starter at St Augustine High School, where she earned all-conference honors and served as a captain her junior and senior year. Emmy played defense at Wingate University where she was named a captain and received the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award and a spot on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. She was a part of a defense that consistently ranked in the top 3 in the conference for goals-against average. Emmy graduated magna cum laude in 2021 with a BS in Chemistry. She now worked as a lab chemist. Emmy began coaching for Ultimate CLT in the fall of 2021.

Erin is originally from Stratford, New Jersey where she started playing lacrosse her freshman year of high school. From there she became a 4-year varsity starter, a team captain her junior and senior year; as well as, 3rd Team All South Jersey her senior year. She graduated from there in 2015 and continued her lacrosse career at Catawba College in North Carolina. There, Erin was a four year starter in both midfield and attack positions. She earned All-SAC Honorable Mention both junior and senior, and SAC Attack player of the week once her junior year. She was also announced team captain her junior and senior year. At Catawba, she studied Middle School Education with a concentration in Math and a minor in Athletic Coaching. Erin is currently a 7th grade math teacher at Sedgefield Middle School and a Varsity Assistant coach at Ardrey Kell High School. Erin started coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT in the summer of 2021.

Annie was born and raised in Vienna, VA. In HS, she played varsity lacrosse, basketball and field hockey at Marshall High School. She attended VT from 2012 & 2016 and studied Marketing Management and International Business. While there, she played on the VT Women’s Club Lacrosse Team all four years and loved it! She served as an officer her junior year and President her senior year. As a team, they qualified for the National Championship Tournament for three of her four years and placed second in the nation in 2016. Annie currently works in Digital Marketing at Red Ventures. She began coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT in the summer of 2018.

Katherine started playing lacrosse at a young age. She was a four-year varsity starter at South Mecklenburg High School and was voted captain her last three years. Katherine was a part of the Women’s Lacrosse team at Belmont Abbey where she graduated in Spring 2020 with a major in sports management and a minor in business. Katherine is now working for Coldwell Bank Realtor and the assistant women’s lacrosse coach at South Mecklenburg High School.

Katherine started coaching with Ultimate CLT in the summer or 2022.

Jacqueline started playing lacrosse as a freshman in high school. She played four years of Varsity lacrosse at St. Francis High school in Mountain View, California. Jacqueline was team captain and MVP her junior and senior year. During her senior year, Jacqueline led her team in every statistical category, tallying over 100 goals that season. Jacqueline holds both single-season and career records at her alma mater. Jacqueline was awarded the Most Outstanding Senior Athlete, Academic All American, and All-Santa Clara Valley Athletic League Outstanding Attack.
 
After high school Jacqueline took her talents to a top-tier Division One program at the University of Connecticut. Jacqueline studied Management Information Systems and graduated with high honors with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2017. At UConn, Jacqueline was an attacker who played in all 68 games, starting in the majority of them. She completed her senior season with 52 points on 40 goals and 12 assists. Jacqueline, who was also a draw specialist,  led her team in draw controls with over 100 in her career. Senior year, Jacqueline was named to the All Big East team, IWLCA 2017 Zag Sports Academic Honor Roll, and represented UConn at the IWLCA Senior All Star Game.
 
Jacqueline recently moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and works full-time as a Product Manager at a software start-up. Jacqueline started coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT in the summer of 2021.
