Maggie Smith played high school lacrosse at McDonough School in Maryland winning two conference and national championships. She went on to play at the University of Notre Dame where she graduated with a double major in Sociology and Peace Studies. During her playing career she was selected to the all-big east team twice and the all ACC second team as a senior. She was a two time All-American and Co-IL national defender of the year in 2010. After graduation Maggie began her coaching career at Stetson University it DeLand, FL for two years. She returned to the University of Notre Dame as an assistant for two years in 2016 helping coach multiple All-Americans and competing in the NCAA tournament. She started nursing school at Northeastern University in Charlotte in the summer of 2019 and has been coaching with the QCS/Ultimate ever since.

Kirsten began playing lacrosse in the 6th grade. She was a four year starter at Fort Mill High School and was voted captain as a senior. As a sophomore, Kirsten led her team to the South Carolina State Championship by scoring the winning goals in overtime in both the semi-finals and championship games . Kirsten earned all-state awards all four years of her high school career including attack player of the year and player of the year in 2012. Kirsten is also an alum of QCS and a graduate from Limestone University (DII). At Limestone, she was a four year contributor to the nationally ranked team. Kirsten graduated in Spring 2018 with a bachelor’s of science degree in exercise science and a minor in coaching. Kirsten is working in the emergency department at CMC main and the head coach at Fort Mill High School. Kirsten started coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT in the summer of 2018.

Carter Williams is from Charlotte, North Carolina where she lettered in cheerleading and lacrosse at Charlotte Country Day School. In her high school career, she tallied 156 points and was a three-time all-conference and state champion. From there, she took her lacrosse career to Coastal Carolina University. During her three years there, she tallied two goals, earned President’s list 6/6 semesters, and a spot on the 2019-2020 ASUN Academic Honor Roll. She was also awarded the President’s Award for attaining the highest cumulative grade point average in the class of 2020. Carter graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Communication and a minor in sports coaching in May 2020. She received her masters in Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2022. Carter now works in the medical sales industry and is the head junior varsity coach at Charlotte Country Day School. Fall 2020 was Carter’s first season with QCS/Ultimate CLT.

Lexi Willets is a Long Island New York native. Growing up, Lexi played for William Floyd High school and was a two-year varsity captain her Junior and Senior year. Over the summers she played for Team-91 Titanium which gave her the opportunity to be recruited to Queens University the summer going into her Junior year. Following her high school career, Lexi moved to Charlotte and started her collegiate journey the Fall of 2017 at Queens University. Lexi Willets is a 2021 graduate of Queens University of Charlotte where she was a two-year starter and was named captain her senior year. During her time at Queens the team made a Final Four appearance, won the South Region Championship, and won three constitutive South Atlantic Conference Championships. Lexi has a degree in Elementary Education and has a strong passions for working with kids. Following graduation, Lexi plans to pursue a teaching career. Lexi started coaching with QCS/Ultimate CLT in the fall of 2020.

Amber was a 4 year starting defender at Iona college, graduating in 2012 with a degree in psychology. She then went on to become a graduate assistant/defensive coordinator at Lindenwood University (DII) where she helped lead the team to its first final 4. In 2014 Amber graduated from Lindenwood with a Masters in Education and became the head coach at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. In 2015 Amber became the assistant coach at Davidson College where she coached for 3 years. After the 2017 season Amber made the decision to leave college coaching to pursue board certification in behavior analysis and has now returned to Davidson for the 2019 season as an assistant coach.
