Ultimate Minnesota is excited to announce the ULT Alumni College Player Camp, a three-day summer experience designed to give young athletes the opportunity to learn directly from current and former college lacrosse players who once wore the Ultimate uniform themselves.

The camp will take place June 23–25 at Roseville High School from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM daily and is open to players in 2nd–3rd Grade, 4th–5th Grade, and 6th–8th Grade.

This unique camp experience combines skill development, game instruction, competition, and mentorship from athletes who have advanced through the Ultimate Lacrosse pathway and gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Players will receive hands-on coaching while learning what it takes to develop their game and compete at higher levels.

Featured staff include players and coaches representing programs such as Queens University (D1), Oregon (D1), Temple (D1), Radford (D1), Akron (D1), Regis University (D2), Hood College (D2), Concordia University (D2), and members of the 2025 Team USA National Team, with additional coaches and programs to be announced.

The camp costs $225 for all three days and is designed to provide an unforgettable development experience for young athletes.

In addition, a special High School Session for players in grades 9–12 will be held on June 24 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Roseville High School. This focused evening session costs $30 and gives high school athletes the opportunity to train directly with collegiate-level players and coaches.

Spots are limited, and registration is encouraged early.

Ultimate Lacrosse Minnesota is hosting tryouts for the 2026–2027 club season this July, giving players the opportunity to compete for a roster spot in a program focused on high-level development, competition, and long-term growth.

Primary tryouts will take place on July 22 at Roseville High School. Players graduating in 2036 through 2031 will attend from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, while players graduating in 2028 through 2030 will attend from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

An additional Supplemental Tryout will be held July 27 at Stillwater High School for players who may have missed the primary evaluation date or who are still seeking placement. Players graduating in 2036 through 2031 will attend from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, while players graduating in 2028 through 2030 will attend from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Ultimate Lacrosse is known nationally for its structured development model, experienced coaching staff, and competitive club environment. Throughout the tryout process, players will participate in skill drills, positional work, and live gameplay while being evaluated on fundamentals, effort, coachability, and lacrosse IQ.

The Minnesota program emphasizes player development within a competitive but supportive atmosphere that helps athletes grow both individually and within a team structure.

Players interested in attending the supplemental tryout are asked to reach out directly to brooke@ultimategoallacrosse.com for additional information and registration guidance.

A: The July 22 session at Roseville High School is the primary evaluation where most roster decisions will be made. The supplemental tryout on July 27 is intended for players who missed the original date or for teams that still have roster needs after the initial evaluations.

A: Absolutely. Coaches often use supplemental tryouts to fill important remaining spots and identify players who may have been unavailable during the primary evaluation. Strong performances at supplemental sessions regularly lead to roster offers.

A: Coaches value effort, coachability, communication, competitiveness, and decision-making just as much as technical ability. Players who consistently compete hard and respond positively to coaching tend to stand out quickly.

A: Ultimate Lacrosse creates a competitive but supportive atmosphere. Coaches want players to feel comfortable enough to compete and showcase their abilities while still being encouraged and coached throughout the process.
