A: Early Bird Tryouts give players the opportunity to be evaluated before traditional tryout season begins. Families often appreciate having more time to plan their schedules and understand their options well before summer and fall commitments start.

A: Absolutely. Goalie spots are currently available across all age groups, and goalkeepers are encouraged to attend. This gives coaches an opportunity to evaluate goalie-specific skills while discussing team needs for the upcoming season.

A: Seasonal options provide families with greater flexibility around schedules and commitments, while full-season participation typically includes a more comprehensive development and competition experience. Coaches can discuss the best fit based on your family's goals.

A: Coaches look beyond stick skills alone. They evaluate effort, coachability, competitiveness, decision-making, communication, and how players respond in game situations. Players who work hard and show a willingness to learn often stand out.

A: Yes. Ultimate Lacrosse places a strong emphasis on development and long-term growth. Coaches are looking for players with potential, work ethic, and a positive attitude, not just the most polished players on the field today.
