Ultimate lacrosse Charlotte

Thank you so much for your interest in our program. My name is Katie McMahon-Gates and I am the Regional Director for Charlotte. Our program has diverse programs for every age group (K - 12th) and skill (beginner - advanced). Charlotte is a growing city and our goal is to give girls the opportunity to play lacrosse and grow in the sport. We aim to be the most competitive club in the area. We are through our relentless focus on development, excellent coaching, and great programming. If you want a great club experience in every aspect, you're in the right place.

I have been coaching for almost 20 years and have experience at the youth, high school and college levels. The highlights include coaching the winning 2026 team to the US Lacrosse National Championship Tournament in 2021, coaching at Georgetown Visitation for 5 years and being ranked in the Top 10 programs in the country every year (including a #1 ranking in 2021!) and coaching Little Laxers which remains my favorite!

I am in this job because I love teaching players how to play lacrosse at every level. I find joy in helping others achieve their goals and realizing they can give more and achieve more.
