Natalie is the assistant coach for the Ultimate 2026 NJ Blue Team. Natalie is from Cherry Hill, NJ, where she graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School in 2019. While at HMHS, Natalie led the defensive unit towards three Sectional Championships, two State Championships, and two Tournament of Champions appearances as she was selected First Team All-Conference. From 2019-2022, Natalie played at Rowan University (III) as a defender. She earned NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention and was recognized as a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction during her time there.

Coach Kristen Stuckel was a dual sport college athlete at DIII Gettysburg College where she played lacrosse and field hockey. She lettered seven times as an undergraduate field hockey and lacrosse player. She was a first-team all-conference midfielder in field hockey and a second-team All-Central Region defensive player in lacrosse. After graduating from Gettysburg in 1995, Coach Stuckel spent 3 years as a grad assistant in both lacrosse and field hockey at Gettysburg.

In the summer of 2000, Kristen was hired as Muhlenberg’s head coach of lacrosse and has led the Mules to improvement year after year, leading to the program’s first Centennial Conference playoff berths in 2008 and 2009 and the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championship in 2016.

Her overall record of 169-147 in 22 seasons (including a 162-125 mark the last 20) makes her the winningest coach in program history.

Coach Stuckel was named Centennial Conference coach of the year in 2017 after the Mules tied a school record with 13 wins and crowned their first All-American. The highlight of the season was an 8-7 win against top-ranked eventual national champion Gettysburg that put Muhlenberg into the Division III top 20 for the first time ever.

She continues to coach at Muhlenburg College and have a significant impact on her athletes and the success of their program. Coach Stuckel is also the head coach of ULTIMATE’s PA 2025 Team.

Krista played for East Stroudsburg University (2018 – 2021) who are a Top 10 DII program. ESU was ranked 2nd nationally (of 106 programs) last year in the IWLCA Division II Poll. During Krista’s time at ESU she received several accolades as an attacker who also took the draw including; 2 NCAA Final Four appearances, 3x IWLCA All-American, 3x All-Region 1st team, 3x All-PSAC 1st team and Inside Lacrosse DII Freshman of the Year 2018. ⁾Post college Krista has been a head coach for other programs along with private/individual training to help athletes in the area grow.

Olivia is an ULTIMATE Alumni and previously coached as an assistant for the 2024 team (Summer 2022). Olivia is from Allentown, NJ where she graduated from Allentown High School as a 4 year varsity lacrosse team. During her time at AHS she helped lead an undefeated regular season in 2021, selected for Colonial Valley Conference Team of the Year as well as making the All-Team CVC, and First-Team CVC.  Coach Olivia is currently an attacker for Merrimack College Women’s Lacrosse a Division I program where she assisted the team with the most Division I wins in program history in the 2021-22 season

Patricia Alexander has been coaching lacrosse in North Carolina since 2006 and has played an instrumental role in the growth of club and high school girls’ lacrosse in the Triangle region over the past decade. A stalwart on the Carolina Fever (now Ultimate Carolina) staff, Patricia has helped to grow the club program into a nationally recognized name. In 2014, Coach Alexander was named the head coach at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh. She led the Lady Crusaders to the State Championship game in all four years, winning titles in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.  Coach Alexander has also coached the prestigious Under Armour All American Highlight team ( 2017 & 2018). A 1994 graduate from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland, Alexander was a four year starter on defense under renowned coach Diane Geppi Aikens. She earned captain and MVP honors and as a senior she was also named to All-American and All-Maryland teams after leading her team to a final four appearance in College Park, MD.

Amanda Scarpa played High School lacrosse at Freehold Township HS in Central Jersey. From there she took her lacrosse career to Stockton University. While at Stockton, Amanda was a captain at Stockton her junior and senior year. She played and started each game for the Ospreys throughout her four years and finished her career with 113 ground balls and 56 caused turnovers as a defender. Amanda graduated with a degree in Accounting in December 2017 and a Master’s in Business Administration in 2018 and is currently an Accountant at SKF USA in Lansdale. Amanda previously coached for Tri-State lacrosse in 2017 and 2018 with athletes in middle and high school before joining Ultimate in the Fall of 2020 coaching the PA 2025s.
