Kristi Kemp began her career in high school in Lake Mary, FL. She played 2 years of Varsity at Lake Mary High School then transferred to play 2 years of Varsity at Winter Springs High School. She was part of the Southeast National Team in 2007 and was named Second Team High School All American her senior year. She was recruited to play at Queens University of Charlotte as a midfielder and played all four years. As a senior, Kristi was named team captain and earned Second Team All-Conference. She graduated from Queens in May of 2012 with a degree in Biology.  In May 2016, she received a degree in Nursing from Mercy School of Nursing and currently works as a Registered Nurse at CMC Main in the Neurosurgical ICU while also serving as an assistant varsity coach at Charlotte Country Day School. Kristi started her career as a QCS/Ultimate CLT coach in the Fall of 2014.
