Nicole McNeely played attack at Siena College during the 2018-2022 seasons. She led as a captain for two years and brought her team to two MAAC championship games. Nicole was voted Preseason All-MAAC team in 2020, 2021, and 2022. In 2019, her sophomore season, she and a teammate simultaneously beat the program’s previous single season points record. Nicole was also named to the All-MAAC second team. In her senior season, Nicole had her first 10 point game with 7 goals and 3 assists. Her second occurred the following season, 2022, where she had a 6 goal and 4 assist game; as well as nine and eight point games. She was the only player in the MAAC to post eight, nine, and ten point games that year.

In her fifth year, Nicole was named MAAC Offensive Player of the Year, as well as an All-MAAC first team selection. During this season she broke single-season as well as all-time records including: single season points, all time assists, all time goals, and all time points. She was also the first player in program history to reach 200 points. Nicole and a teammate simultaneously broke the program’s previous single season assist record. She was honored as MAAC Offensive Player of the Week two separate weeks. During the season, US Lacrosse Magazine recognized Nicole multiple times as having some of the most “efficient” games in division I where she produced EGAs (expected-goals-added) of 6.73, 7.38, and 8.50. At the conclusion of her career, she ranked among the top five players in ground balls and draw controls in program history. She was also named to the All-ECAC team (Eastern College Athletic Association) after the 2022 season. Nicole was nominated for NCAA’s Woman of the Year award. Nominees are taken from every sport and division throughout the NCAA. Nicole officially ended her career at the IWLCA Senior All-Star game played at USA Lacrosse Headquarters where she represented team North.

Nicole started on varsity at Strath Haven High school her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. She finished high school with 160 goals and 31 assists. Nicole was named to the 1st team All-Central League and 2nd team All-Delco in 2017. She also played on the National Tournament Team, teams 3 and 1 her sophomore and junior years, respectively. Throughout high school she also played for Ultimate PA. She has coached for both PA and CC teams over her seven years of coaching at Ultimate. Nicole was originally thrilled about Ultimate’s expansion to Chester County and is now also excited about how Ultimate is growing in the south region as well.
