Fall 4Square will take place on Wednesday evenings from September 30 through November 11 on the Cedar Crest College Turf, with each two-hour session running from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Each session is split into two focused training blocks. Players receive one hour of speed and agility training with the St. Luke's Athletic Training Staff, followed by one hour of stickwork and lacrosse development with Ultimate Lehigh Valley coaches.
The format gives athletes an opportunity to improve both the physical and technical sides of their game. Speed, acceleration, footwork, balance, and change of direction are critical for creating separation, defending effectively, and competing in transition. Dedicated stickwork gives players the repetitions needed to become more comfortable and confident with the ball under pressure.
For younger athletes, 4Square provides a strong foundation of movement and lacrosse fundamentals. Older players can use the series to sharpen their skills, improve athletic performance, and stay prepared for upcoming school and club seasons.
With seven consecutive weeks of training, athletes have the opportunity to build on their progress each Wednesday.
Join Ultimate Lehigh Valley this fall and put in the work now that can make a difference when competition begins.
