A: These free clinics are a great opportunity for young players to get additional time on the field and experience Ultimate Chester County's training environment. Families who are new to Ultimate can use the clinics as an easy way to get to know the program.

A: No. Although the clinics are open to graduation years 2032 through 2037, players will be separated into age-appropriate groups. This allows the coaching staff to adjust drills, instruction, and competition for each group's age and development level.

A: Players need their stick, mouthguard, goggles, cleats, and plenty of water. Goalies should also arrive with the appropriate goalie equipment so they can participate fully in the session.

 

A: Yes. Additional training gives young players more touches and opportunities to reinforce fundamentals outside of regular team practices. Four Sunday sessions can be especially useful for players who want to keep building confidence and consistency during the fall.

Ultimate CC is offering four completely free Sunday morning clinics at The Westtown School for girls in the 2032 through 2037 graduation years, covering 2nd through 7th grade.

Clinics will be held on September 13, September 20, September 27, and October 4 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM. Players will be separated into age-appropriate groups, allowing coaches to tailor instruction and competition to each group's stage of development.

These clinics provide young players with additional opportunities to work on their fundamentals, get meaningful repetitions, and continue developing their confidence on the field. They are also a great way for families who are new to Ultimate Chester County to experience the program's coaching and development environment.

Players should arrive ready to participate with their full lacrosse equipment, including a stick, mouthguard, goggles, cleats, and water. Goalies should bring their goalie equipment.

With four sessions available, families have an opportunity to make lacrosse part of their Sunday morning routine this fall while getting additional development at no cost.
