Ultimate Lacrosse Lehigh Valley is hosting its Youth Practice Series this June for girls in Kindergarten through 3rd grade at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The series will take place on Monday evenings from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on June 8, June 15, and June 22, providing young players with a fun and structured introduction to the game of lacrosse.

Designed specifically for elementary-aged athletes, the Youth Practice Series focuses on building confidence, developing fundamentals, and helping players enjoy the game in a positive environment. Coaches will introduce players to key skills including stick work, passing, catching, shooting, footwork, and basic game concepts through engaging drills and small-sided games.

Ultimate Lacrosse is known for its player-focused development model and emphasis on long-term growth. This series creates an excellent opportunity for younger athletes to learn from experienced coaches while building comfort and confidence on the field.

The sessions are structured to be energetic, encouraging, and age-appropriate, making them ideal for both newer players and young athletes looking to continue improving their skills before summer tournaments and future club opportunities.

All sessions will take place at Cedar Crest College, providing a high-quality training environment for players and families throughout the Lehigh Valley area.
