Speed, Agility, Strategy, and Stickwork
Players will join our Ultimate NJ teams in a stickwork program focusing on speed, agility, stickwork, and 2026 - 2029 players will participate in 1 hour of stickwork and 1 hour of speed/agility with Parisi Speed School coaches.
Youth players will have 2 hours of extensive offensive and defensive footwork, dodging, stickwork, and more.
