Open to girls in 2nd through 10th grade, this eight-week training series combines athletic performance work with lacrosse-specific skill development to give players a complete offseason training experience.
Fall 4Square will take place on Tuesday evenings from September 8 through October 27, with each 90-minute session running from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Germantown Academy.
What makes 4Square different is how each session is divided. Players receive 45 minutes of speed and agility training with Parisi Speed School, focusing on the movement skills that translate directly to the lacrosse field. The remaining 45 minutes are dedicated to stickwork and lacrosse development, giving athletes consistent repetitions and focused coaching from the Ultimate staff.
The combination helps players develop both sides of their game. Speed, acceleration, footwork, balance, and change of direction can make athletes more effective on the field, while dedicated stickwork helps build the confidence and consistency needed to execute those movements with the ball in their stick.
For younger players, 4Square provides an opportunity to establish strong fundamentals and athletic habits. More experienced players can use the series to refine their technique, increase their speed, and stay sharp throughout the fall.
With eight consecutive weeks of training, players have the opportunity to build on what they learn rather than relying on a single clinic or training session.
Join Ultimate Pennsylvania this fall and put in the work that can make a difference when the next season begins.

Ultimate Lacrosse has built its reputation on developing confident, fundamentally sound players in a positive and challenging environment. Coaches will evaluate each athlete on stick skills, athleticism, game awareness, coachability, effort, and how they compete within a team setting.
This youth-only supplemental tryout gives younger players an opportunity to showcase their development before final rosters are completed. Whether your daughter is new to club lacrosse or has continued improving throughout the offseason, this is an excellent chance to earn a place in one of the region's premier development programs.
Roster spots are limited and will be filled based on team needs following the evaluation.
Register today and take your final opportunity to join Ultimate Pennsylvania for the upcoming season.
