Lehigh Valley Ultimate Lacrosse will host tryouts for the 2026–2027 club season at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. These sessions give players the opportunity to compete for a roster spot in one of the region’s top girls lacrosse development programs.
Lehigh Valley Ultimate Lacrosse focuses on building confident athletes through strong coaching, structured practices, and competitive gameplay. The program emphasizes skill development, game IQ, and teamwork while preparing players to compete at higher levels of youth and high school lacrosse.
During the tryouts, players will participate in skill drills, positional work, and competitive gameplay while being evaluated by the Lehigh Valley Ultimate coaching staff. Coaches will be looking for athletes who demonstrate strong fundamentals, effort, coachability, and the ability to compete within a team environment.
Players are encouraged to attend at least two tryout dates so the coaching staff can complete a thorough evaluation.
Families interested in joining Lehigh Valley Ultimate Lacrosse for the 2026–2027 season are encouraged to register in advance.
Teams will be finalized following the completion of the tryout process.
A: All tryout sessions will take place at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
A: The tryouts are open to girls graduating in 2028 through 2035. Players will attend sessions based on their graduation year group.
A: Players graduating in 2035 through 2031 will attend the 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM session. Players graduating in 2030 through 2028 will attend the 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM session.

Ultimate Lehigh Valley Lacrosse will host a Supplemental Tryout on May 20 for players interested in joining the program for the upcoming season. This session provides an additional opportunity for athletes who may have missed earlier tryouts or who are continuing to develop and want to compete in a high-level club lacrosse environment.
The tryout will take place at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Players will be evaluated by the Ultimate Lehigh Valley coaching staff through skill drills, positional work, and competitive gameplay.
This supplemental evaluation is open to players graduating in 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033, and 2034. The coaching staff will be looking for athletes who demonstrate strong fundamentals, effort, coachability, and the ability to compete within a team environment.
Goalie positions are currently available for the 2032, 2033, and 2034 graduation years.
Ultimate Lehigh Valley focuses on developing well-rounded players through structured practices, strong coaching, and competitive game opportunities. The program is designed to help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and prepare for the next level of youth and high school lacrosse.

Ultimate Lacrosse is bringing Shake School to Lehigh Valley for a high-level, small-group training experience designed for elite 2028, 2029, and 2030 players. This session focuses on advanced offensive skill development, emphasizing footwork, dodging mechanics, change of direction, and creating separation in real game situations.
Players will train in a competitive, high-rep environment that challenges them to become more dynamic and unpredictable offensive threats. Instruction is detail-driven, fast-paced, and tailored to athletes who want to elevate their 1v1 ability and overall offensive confidence.
