Ultimate Lacrosse Pennsylvania is hosting Lehigh Valley Supplemental Tryouts on February 4th at St. Luke’s Sportsplex, giving driven athletes a new opportunity to compete for a roster spot in one of Pennsylvania’s premier lacrosse programs.

These supplemental tryouts are ideal for players who were unable to attend earlier evaluations or who have continued to develop and are ready for a higher level of competition. Athletes will be evaluated by Ultimate Lacrosse coaches in a competitive, high-tempo environment focused on skill, effort, athleticism, and lacrosse IQ.

Tryout Schedule

5:30–7:00 PM: 2035–2030 graduation years
7:00–8:30 PM: 2029 and 2028 graduation years

Rec Coaching Clinic - Rec Coaches come and learn Drills and Coaching techniques from ULTIMATE Coaches. Free. 10:00am-12:00pm

February 28th

Lax on Rust off Rec Clinic and play day - 8:00am-1:00pm

Youth Rec teams will experience a clinic with drills and skills open to all. MS players will participate in a Round Robin style game. Register for a team of at least 8 and a Goalie to play!

8am-9am K-2 players

9am-10:00am 3-4 grade

10:00am-11:30am 5-6 grade

11:30am-1:00pm 7-8 grade

Ultimate Lacrosse is bringing Shake School to Lehigh Valley for a high-level, small-group training experience designed for elite 2028, 2029, and 2030 players. This session focuses on advanced offensive skill development, emphasizing footwork, dodging mechanics, change of direction, and creating separation in real game situations.

Players will train in a competitive, high-rep environment that challenges them to become more dynamic and unpredictable offensive threats. Instruction is detail-driven, fast-paced, and tailored to athletes who want to elevate their 1v1 ability and overall offensive confidence.

This winter, bring your squad to compete in the Ultimate Lacrosse Lehigh Valley Winter Indoor Girls League, held at the premier St. Luke’s University Field House and Rink. Running Saturdays from January through February 2026, this team-only league offers high-level indoor competition in a professional, well-organized environment.

At ULTIMATE Mini Club, we offer 2nd and 3rd graders the chance to expore travel lacrosse without the full-time commitment. This "travel light" version of our full-year teams focuses on building foundational lacrosse skills and enhancing players' understanding of the game.
