Continue building your game this fall with Ultimate Delaware Fall 4Square Training, a six-week development series designed to help players sharpen their skills, improve athleticism, and become more confident on the field.

Open to players in the 2028 through 2036 graduation years, Fall 4Square takes place on Wednesday evenings from September 16 through October 21 at Tower Hill School's DeGroat Field from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Unlike a traditional clinic, 4Square focuses on the core building blocks that help players succeed throughout their lacrosse careers. Each week introduces new skills and concepts while reinforcing the fundamentals that separate great players from good ones.

Training sessions emphasize:

  • Speed and agility
  • Stickwork and ball control
  • Offensive and defensive concepts
  • Decision-making and lacrosse IQ
  • Confidence under game-speed conditions

Ultimate Lacrosse is known for its player-first development philosophy, and the Fall 4Square program reflects that approach. Coaches create a fast-paced, positive environment where athletes receive plenty of repetitions, individualized instruction, and opportunities to apply new skills in competitive situations.

Whether you're preparing for your school season, looking to stay sharp during the fall, or simply want to continue improving, Fall 4Square provides consistent, high-quality instruction from experienced coaches.

Each session builds upon the previous week, giving players a strong foundation that will benefit them throughout the year.

Spots are limited, and early registration is encouraged.

A: Fall 4Square is designed around skill development rather than team preparation. Each week focuses on foundational skills, movement, and lacrosse concepts that help players become more complete athletes regardless of the position they play.

A: While players can improve by attending individual sessions, the greatest benefit comes from participating in the entire six-week series. Each week introduces new concepts while building on the skills developed in previous sessions.

A: Players will train speed, agility, stickwork, footwork, offensive and defensive concepts, and lacrosse IQ. The goal is to help athletes become more confident and effective in game situations.

A: Yes. The program is open to players in the 2028 through 2036 graduation years. Coaches provide instruction that challenges experienced players while helping newer athletes continue building strong fundamentals.
