Club Owner: Michele DeJuliis
Michele DeJuliis is the founder of The Ultimate Goal Lacrosse Club, establish in January 2001.
DeJuliis is an assistant coach with the Princeton women’s lacrosse program and has been with the program since the 2004-05 academic year. She serves as the offensive coordinator and also has primary responsibilities for skill development and team conditioning. In those short five years, DeJuliis has coached 12 All-America players and seen her players earn 10 Tewaaraton nominations or appearances on the Watch List.
DeJuliis was captain of the 2009 US Women’s World Cup team that won the 2009 FIL World Cup in Prague. She has been a member of U.S. National Team program since 1994, and was an alternate on the 2005 World Cup team.
DeJuliis honed her skills at Penn State University as a three-time All-America. She finished her career eighth on the school’s all-time scoring list with 142 goals and sixth with 203 points. She was an IWLCA first-team All-America in 1995, 1996 and 1997 and led the Nittany Lions to the semifinals of the 1995 NCAA Tournament. DeJuliis served as a volunteer assistant coach at her alma mater in 1998 while completing her degree in kinesiology.
A native of Baltimore, DeJuliis was inducted into the Greater Baltimore Chapter of the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2008. She also serves as the chair of the IWLCA’s Recruiting Education Committee and as a member of the Mid-Atlantic All-Region Committee.

Ana White : At Lafayette College: Started in all 16 games. Named Patriot League rookie of the week in February and April. Named Patriot League Midfielder of the week in March and April. 2011 Patriot League Rookie of the Year. Named to the Mid-Atlantic All-Region 2nd Team. At Strath Haven High School: Four-year varsity letter winner…voted captain for 2010…awarded Offensive MVP…First Team All Central League 2009, 2010…First Team All Delaware County 2009, 2010
Chelsea Rosiek : Chelsea Rosiek was a four year Varsity starter for Temple Women’s lacrosse from 2006-2010. In 2007 she was nominated Temple University’s representative to attend the NCAA leadership conference. Rosiek was named to both the 2008 and 2010 A-10 all tournament teams. She was named to the Philadelphia Inquirer All-Star team in 2010. Chelsea was awarded A-10 conference player of the week in 2008 and 2010. She was also a four year President’s honor roll recipient and IWCLA Honor roll recipient in 2010. Rosiek finished her career 9th in the nation in draw controls. She also holds 5 records in Temple’s records book. She received Temple Women’s lacrosse MVP award in 2010. She graduated with a degree in English and minor in Environmental studies. She is currently the assistant coach for Wissahickon High School’s Varsity lacrosse team and works as a paralegal in the King of Prussia area.
Kirkland Lewis: Kirkland Lewis ia a Senior(redashirt Junior) at Old Dominion University. I have been playing lacrosse since 7th grade and played on the Ultimate team the summer of 2008.
Julie Weiss: Julie Weiss (Weezie) hails from the Philly burbs where she started her athletic career at Marple Newtown High School. Tiger pride, baby! After high school, Weezie traveled south to James Madison University where she was a 4-year starter in both field hockey and lacrosse. While at JMU, she helped the Dukes win 2 CAA Conference Championships and make 4 NCAA play-off appearances, including the 2000 Final Four.
After college, Weezie moved back to Philadelphia and entered the coaching world, starting as an Assistant Coach at La Salle University in 2001. Two years later, she took over as Head Coach, where she remained until 2008.
Now Julie is combining her academic interest in graphic design with her passion for sport as Creative Director for Front Rush, a company that provides athletic software to college coaches and athletic departments. Going on her 7th year with Ulitmate, Weezie relishes spending the summer working with and getting to know the area’s best young players. She is excited to get out of the office and back on the field! Callie Foley : Foley plays attack at Hofstra University and is a rising sophomore. She played 4 years varsity at Gwynedd Mercy Academy high school and was a captain her senior year. Foley was all league for the Catholic Academies league her sophomore, junior and senior year.

Kelly Condon : a Senior attacker at Marist College. Condon has been the leading point scorer my sophomore and junior year. She was the MAAC offensive player of the year my sophomore year. Kelly played at Abington High School and was an honorable mentioned all american defender her senior year and earned first team all league defense my sophomore, junior and senior year.

Jen Duckenfield: Jenny Duckenfield has over 16 years of girl’s lacrosse coaching experience; formerly of Strath Haven H.S. 2009 PIAA State Finalist; 2010 Central League Title. Women’s Division National Tournament Coach 2009-210; All Philly Under Armour Coach 2010-11 Directs Girl’s High School & Middle School off season leagues and skill sessions at AMPRO FIELDHOUSE.
Ann Pillion: Played at Conestoga High School and Penn State University. Have coached in the Pioneer Quixstix Program for 9 years, coached the PAGLA U15 Allstar Team in Lake George, NY in 2009. In addition to coaching, I am a PIAA certified and USLacrosse Certified Official.

Liz Pacheco: Liz Pacheco comes to Ultimate after spending the spring 2011 season as the assistant coach for Michigan State University women’s club lacrosse team. During her college career, Pacheco was a starting midfielder at Vassar College. She was named to the Liberty League First Team in 2009, to the Second Team in 2010, to the All-IWLCA Empire Region Second Team in 2009, and played in the IWLCA North-South Senior All-Star Game in 2010. Pacheco also received the Betty Richey Award (named after a Vassar coach and administrator) in 2009, was a team captain in 2010, and a Liberty League All-Academic in 2008, 2009, 2010. She is from the Philadelphia area and is currently a graduate student at MSU working toward her master’s in environmental journalism.

Becca Edwards: Four-year letterwinner and two-time All-Ivy selection at the University of Pennsylvania from 2006-2009. During her time at Penn the Quakers made three Final Four appearances and one NCAA Final appearance.
Ali Fisher: Alison Fisher, in her third season as the head coach of the women’s lacrosse program, returned to Lafayette College in 2009 after an All-Patriot League career in field hockey and lacrosse player with the Leopards from 1997-2001.
Fisher, the eighth head coach in the history of the program, brought seven years of coaching experience to Easton. Immediately before arriving on College Hill, she spent one last year at La Salle where she assisted in coaching, player development and game preparation.
Prior to her stint at La Salle, Fisher spent four years as an assistant coach at Princeton. The Tigers qualified for the NCAA Tournament all four years, reaching the championship game in 2004 and quarterfinals in 2005 and 2006. The team boasted eight All-Americans, three Ivy League Rookies of the Year and three Ivy League Players of the Year during that time. Fisher aided in all aspects of recruiting and acted as the assistant director for Princeton lacrosse camps.
The Horsham, Pa. native, was a four-year defender for the Leopards. She served as captain her senior year when she helped lead the team to its second consecutive Patriot League title. Fisher also excelled in the classroom, where she was a three-time Academic All-American and received Patriot League Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors in 2001. She also earned Scholar-Athlete of the Year accolades for field hockey in 2000 and lacrosse from 2000-01. Fisher also captained the field hockey team which advanced to the 1999 NCAA Tournament, the first Patriot League field hockey squad to do so. Fisher graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biology.
Fisher worked as a graduate assistant at the University of Delaware for the 2001-2002 academic year while pursuing a master’s degree in Health Services Administration. She returned to College Hill in August 2002 and spent a year as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator under head coach Rebecca Joseph.
Jess Rothstein: played for ultimate and graduated in 2009. Rothstein now plays attack for Lafayette.
Britt Bissell: Brittany Bissell played at Ridley High School. She was a four-year starting defender at East Stroudsburg University and was a member of the All-PSAC East team in 2010. She helped the Warriors to a school record 39 wins in her four years, and three PSAC Tournament appearances, and the school’s first PSAC Tournament win since 1986 with an upset at nationally-ranked Gannon in 2011. She started 67 games over four years and recorded more than 150 ground balls and nearly 70 caused turnovers. She also was a co-captain in 2011 and was selected to participate in the IWLCA Division II North-South All-Star Game.
Jamie Wesztergom: Jamie Wesztergom played at Springfield Township High School. She was a four-year starting midfielder at East Stroudsburg University, was second among Division II players with 195 career ground balls from 2008-11. She finished her career with 106 points on 79 goals and 26 assists and was named ESU’s team MVP as a junior and the Coaches Award recipient as a senior. She had 30 goals, eight assists, 52 ground balls and 52 draw controls as a senior, when ESU finished the season ranked No. 14 in the IWLCA Division II poll. She also was a co-captain in 2010 and 2011 and was selected to participate in the IWLCA Division II North-South All-Star Game.
Kristen Ruminski: Ruminski played lacrosse at Lafayette College and has now coached there 2 years. Graduated in 2009. Was the patriot league rookie of the year in 2006 and all league first team.
Tori Ueland: Played lacrosse for Central Bucks West High School: 4 year varsity letter winner, Offensive Player of the year senior year, Suburban One All League Honors all 4 years. Played Ultimate goal lacrosse 2006 through 2010. Going to be a sophomore playing for Lafayette College lacrosse.
